Getting Fired!

(First Time Poster)

I've just been fired from my first second job. Is there a problem with my work ethic? Am I choosing the wrong companies to work for? I had developed friendships with my fellow employees and now I've been cast out. Is there a way to choose an employer that will provide employment for days to come? My family needs the benefits that long-term employment provides. Does frequent firing have an effect on my reputation in Ecanada? Does it have an effect on my "30 days" award? I am a little tempted to live out the remainder of my elife as a homeless person on the Estreet with Bruce Springsteen. (sorry for those who don't get the reference)

The first time I was fired, I was offered a job somewhere else in the organization at higher pay. The second time, however, there was no warning, just BAM, fired. So, I went and found employment elsewhere. I'm just a noob, or boomer, or infant, in the game, but, doesn't constant firing of employees cause a business owner's reputation to fade?

Also, I have 5 gold to spend. I've been told to buy a house, but, I'd really like to start a newspaper. I can't afford both. What should I do?

You wellness is 45 and at that level it is hard for you to produce enough to warrant your salary. So when higher wellness employees are available some companies will fire you to make room for someone who will make them money rather than cost them money. Take 22 CAD and buy two tickets....go to Podolia Romania and fight once and then heal up to 85 wellness......next day fight again, 4 times and heal up to 95 or so wellness. Now you are golden.....come home and find a company that will reward your wellness...

I've also found that you need to watch the company's "max productivity" level. I was at one who had too many employees, so I got fired - being the bottom guy on the ladder.

As for the house/newspaper problem. Get a house first, then buy some gold from the monetary market to start your newspaper.
