Completely confused at what you mean. Vista is an operating system. PC is a type of computer. Mac can be both. So are we debating computers or operating systems?

Yes, Vista is compatible with both computers. Apple is finally starting to release some of it's code so other programs can work on their products.

Windows was a big issue as people who loved Mac's wanted to be able to use windows because in some ways it's better and easier to use. Now they can have both of their favorite things.. Mac with windows operating system.

I've used both Mac's and PC products (Computer's.) PC are more user friendly I find, and you can do alot more things with them. Mac's are expensive 'studio' makers. Meaning you can get songs and movies better.

It really depends on what your prefrences are.

If your a gamer, likes to download alot of songs/ movies from Lime Wire or PvP file sharing sites, and download things from the Internet in general. Or you like to write up data, stories, graphs etc. Windows word processor or equivalent is the best way to go. So PC is your best bet.

If you like to watch movies on your computer, listen to songs, take photos, make movies or edit them. Then Mac is your thing.

Neither machine is great for everything, but each is good for something.

For overall use, PC is the best way to go.
