Je suis un Québecois IRL, mais dans le jeu je suis en eRoumanie parce que c'est plus payant et il y a plus de guerre donc XP plus vite !

Hi Giles,

Unfortunately you can't apply for a citizen mask, living in eRomania. However, what you can do is apply for a "Friend of Canada" mask, in the appropriate forum (there once was a topic for this, but has been deleted since). If you want to become a Canadian citizen, you will have to come to eCanada in-game and stay there for 14 days.
