I just reached to level 5 and I have questions about fighting?

I'm a little confused as to how, when, or where to fight. If anyone could answer the following questions, that would be great.

Which countries, more specifically regions, are allied with eCanada and are in need of soldiers?

Do I get one moving ticket for a one way trip, quit my old job, and start a new life overseas?

Or do I get two tickets a day to keep my old job and stay in eCanada?

How do hospitals work?

From my first question, which of these regions has a good hospital?

To fight you first need a war, right now there is none in eCanada, but oftenly there is training war betweem ireland and the US wich is good because we have MPP, in order to fight go to the army button in my place and click ''show active wars. then you will have to select a country that has an mpp with us or a fight that we are attacked or attacking someone if you're not sure just unscroll it when you see allies. Then go to the battlefield section and click the fight button. At first you should fight a little to gain wellness:

I saw that you are in Ontario, wich is good because there is a q5 hospital there wich mean once you use it will give you 50 wellness. So first fight click the fight button only once (you will lose 10 wellness, wich mean +40) right after that go to your profile select your region and click on ''heal'' next to the hospital in the description. Make sure you heal yourself the same day you fight or you won't get your wellness back.

In order to go overseas to fight other wars, you will need to quit your current job and have a moving ticket. No one will provide you with one unless you are in the army. In order to get in the CAF (canadian armed force) you will need at least 4.5 str and apply in the training center of the caf.
