I'm trying to work this morning, but my employer is out of cash. Does that happen often? Two employees have left already. The owner has been notified, so I guess sending a separate message would be a waste of time.

I'm looking for a new job, but the pay is better in my current position. That sucks.

indeed it sucks when this apens to you (particularly if you can't resign 'cause of the time)

The same happend to me. Unfortunately the general manager of the company is permanently banned.
So I tried again to resign and it was possible.

If the company has no cash to pay you, you can quit that company on the spot and do not have to wait the manditory 3 days working rule.

Bad planification or unsufficient starting capital often close company who are not in a solid enought market.
