hey im moving to romania and am wondering were the best hospital (q4-q5) is.

In eRepublik, if you click on the little flag on the left side of the page, you will go to the Country page.

If you scroll down on the "Society" tab, you'll see a list of the regions. Click on those and scroll down again once it loads. It'll tell you what's in each region with regard to Hospitals, Defense Systems, and Raw Material bonuses.

Banat happens to have a Q5 hospital.

Muntenia
Oltenia
Dobrogea
Crisana
Central Hungary
Banat

Q5:
Podolia
Muntenia

There are more than these, it's just the list I got these from is outdated. But these are your best bet anyways if moving to Romania.
