Hospital and Defense companies

I noticed that Canada doesn't have any hospital or defense companies... does that affect the rate at which we can produce them for the provinces? How are hospitals and defense systems created?

I'm fairly sure there are companies which produce those products, but they just don't sell on the active market much b/c we don't buy a lot of them.

You'll see more private transactions for hospitals and defense systems than you will public offerings.

The Ministry of Industries operates a Q5 defence system company.

Okay, It's there any Hospital compagnie in Canada with level higher than one?

Health Canada, Q1 Hospital Company established by President Grapez in early 2008 to build hospitals for eCanadian territory. Part of his Healthcare Platform which included creating a separate health ministry, and the S.O. called the National Healthcare Service, where this Hospital Company still lies.

Upgraded to Q4 by President Adam Sutler in June, just prior to completion of its first hospital.

Since then it has placed Q4 Hospitals in Ontario, Quebec, British Columbia, and Manitoba.

The company maintains a Q4 Hospital which was slated for placement in Nova Scotia under the Zanalan administration, which was promptly vetoed by the Bruck administration, and set for sale on the foreign market. That was two months ago, and no buyer has appeared. Congressmen such as myself called upon then speaker Gofarman to call another vote on the matter, which he refused because he disagreed with the majority opinion in Congress, and in violation of the constitution refused to act upon his assigned duties. He then resigned his position and left eCanada after the CAF CAD Theft.

Whereas the government has had two months to place or sell this Hospital, I will now bring it up in Congress.
