Well, in a few days I will have 5 strength, and plan on joining the CAF, could anyone give me a basic run down?

You'll first need to be masked as a Canadian citizen. You can in-game PM Adasko for that. After you get the citizen mask, you'll be able to access the citizen-only sections of the forum, which includes the CAF Training Center. Most of your CAF-related questions should be answered by the material in there.

It may have recently changed, but I believe you only require 4.5 strength to join the CAF.
