That's not the game itself Razz. That's just the game's backstory and how it 'relates' to the real world. The real game is really cool! You get to have this device which sends an object through it's spectrum of time.
For example.

If you speed up a person they will age so fast, that they turn to bones and dust.

If you reverse a broken bridge if will eventually go to a new and repaired state.

I might want to buy it when it comes out. But sounds really fun, and it involves/has time paradoxes (which makes them sound more fun to me).
