Career Question Empty Career Question

Post by Daniel Nadolny Mon Jun 22, 2009 8:29 am

When I first joined, I signed up for a construction job, but it looks like the land industry is much better to work for in Canada. However, I heard that with a high enough construction skill, you can work for the government creating hospitals and defense systems. Does anyone know how much you earn doing that? How high does your skill have to be in order to get a job along those lines?

Thanks!

Looking at skill 7 in each sector, the governments Q5 defense system company pays 17.50 CAD, the highest manufacturing wage is 21 CAD, and land is 23 CAD. But the markets can change, so that might not be true by the time you reach skill 7.

Did anyone else catch this?

Anyway, land jobs do seem the norm for better paying jobs... but I'm still into manufacturing. I still think the difference is slim to none.

By the time your skill 7 your wage is hardly a part of you income, I make several gold per day in other venues Working while necessary is hardly the most efficient way to make money.

I just wonder what that involves: prostitution, extortion, gambling or drugs maybe?

Erepublik sure is an interesting game. Smile

Thanks for the help guys!

I think I got it... land jobs and hand jobs are good in Canada, but it's better to make a couple gold a day through prostitution, extortion, gambling and drugs.

In all seriousness, I appreciate the advice - I've found a land job so I'll stick with that for a while Smile
