Immigrants to eCanada

Has there been anymore discussion as to what to do with new immigrants to eCanada? At the moment we're asking them to wait 14 days before receiving new acs and get their one time bursary. I almost feel embarrassed telling them that as the majority of immigrants are here for honorable intentions.

I don't necessarily have a solution to the problem but was wondering if there was an active discussion going on that I'm not aware of.

I've already made a Junior Citizen mask for them, so they can at least get that much. Unfortunately, We have to live with that feeling, but now they have a Junior Citizen mask, I think they'll at least have a little privilege.
