Happy Friday the 13th Everyone

I joined 2 weeks ago and finally managed to figure out how to manage myself.
I figured i would ask some questions here and what better day then lucky friday the 13th?

First. What exactly does productivity DO? So far the best i have found is a way to calculate the amount of productivity. Sure thats great. If i know what it did

Second. How do i fight? I dont seem to know how to get into one.

third. I want to learn a bit about what owning a company is like. I plan to start my own once i have enough gold. *and i should be the appropriate level by then*

fourth... Well i cannot think of a fourth right now... If any of this didn't make sense to you blame my lack of sleep.
