Newspaper articles!

Hey, I just reached level 8 and created my new newspaper but I can't get my head around an idea to write about, something that people would want to read...I just wanted to ask you guys If you know of anything that you would be interested to read about...

Hockey maybe?

RL stuff usually gets a cool reception. Find an area of eRep you feel particularly knowledgeable about or adept at and then explain to the people your observations on it. We have not heard much about being a soldier and finding ways to maximize damage and battle experience. I think eCanada would be quite open to a soldier's perspective.

The second best thing would be to put out a rant, sartirical article, personal blog, or joke of some kind. Those are easy to produce and require less research time.

^ True, but make sure to do the right kind of rant. Do not go and write a rant about how you feel the government is not doing their job or something like that only to come back in a week saying that you apologize for what you said about the government. That will get you nowhere other than loss of respect and then no one will read your work again.

But if it's a rant about how something isn't working for you, like you tried to eat broccoli but spit it out, and it hit your mom or whoever in the eye, and then she got mad. That would be entertaining and something people would read.

Not mutch success with it as some people dissagre greatly...

I thought the polar bear pic was a good laugh. Maybe the topic was too RL for some people. Put out another and then another and then you'll get a positive reaction eventually.
